Cove Bar and Restaurant的点评
点评：We went with friends to Cove on a recent Saturday night. While we were there, a fluke rainstorm hit. We were seated against the wall and had just been served our drinks and appetizers when the storm started. All 4 of us were absolutely soaked when the roof flooded and started to pour directly down onto our table. After we ran into the back for cover, we were advised there's an indoor dining room and decided to stay to try and make the most of our dinner - despite all 4 of us being soaked right through our clothing. Our server came over to advise that the kitchen had our main entrees ready and would we be okay getting those now - although we hadn't even had our appetizers or drinks replaced yet. We were very flexible and advised that was perfectly fine. So out came our mains, then our drinks followed and then our appetizers arrived at the end of our meal. We were quite surprised and disappointed that at bill payment time - there was absolutely no mention of what had happened. It would have been a small gesture of goodwill to comp our drinks at the very least - if not something more. After all, we had stayed and paid in full - even though we were completely drenched in their establishment - and then had our entrees before our drinks and appetizers. It was a very disappointing dinner and we won't be returning.
