点评：Stopped in to Avondale for a Sundae on the way from Niagara on the Lake. Always enjoy their deluxe sundaes. I always ask them to put graham pieces, nuts, whipped cream and a cherry. Like going in the early Fall when pumpkin ice-cream is in season. But today on the long weekend peach season is in. There was a sign outside suggesting trying the Peach Cobbler Sundae and it had included all the extra toppings that I usually request for my sundaes . Sounded good to me. Instead of 1 scoop of peach ice-cream and 1 scoop of vanilla ice-cream I asked to change the vanilla ice-cream to white chocolate raspberry truffle. It was so delightfully tasty. Especially with all the toppings. I found the peach ice cream did not have much taste but the peach topping was very good. I liked the idea that everyone stands outside in a line until they call you in when there is space available in the 4 marked areas by the counter. The line goes quite fast. Price seems to have gone up to $8.79 plus tax and it looked like the sundae was not as huge but I will still come back when I visit Niagara on the Lake as the ice-cream at Avondale is still very good.
