点评:I rarely leave reviews, but this experience demands to be shared. During our stay at the Hilton garden inn Toronto/ Mississauga, our SUV was stolen from their parking lot on the first night. Unfortunately, that was just the beginning of our problems.
We immediately reported the theft to the front desk, expecting at least some level of support or urgency. Instead, we were met with blank stares, almost felt like the staff were all aware already and gossiping about it, we absolutely got no assistance from the front desk’. We requested to speak to a manager multiple times over the course of our stay, but those requests were repeatedly ignored or brushed off. At no point did a manager make any effort to reach out or acknowledge the situation.
Not only was the guest service non-existent, but there was also a total lack of accountability or compassion. No follow-up, no apology, no information—just indifference.
This experience was deeply upsetting, and the hotel’s complete failure to respond only made it worse. I strongly advise others to think twice before staying here, especially if you plan to park a vehicle on the property. Your safety—and your peace of mind—clearly aren’t a priority at this hotel.
