点评:This is regarding the parking at Pearson airport. First of all when we entered and there was no parking to be seen take in on the board that says there is this many parking spots (can't remember the number but it was a lot) we checked nothing even though they said there was. We checked all the way up till the 5th floor and went back down to the 4th to see again this is a good 30 min. My grandma and my aunt has already arrived and we were stressed my grandma was coming on wheelchair. We decided to give up as they were already here and leave though the 4th floor and wait at the terminal 1 arrival since they were here. We put the parking card slot through and then the machine asked to pay 7. Using the machine we called the associate to tell them we didn't find parking and we r not gonna pay we were literally driving around. Then the lady on the intercom I'm guessing, said "did you check all the floors" ma'am we checked 5 like we tried and now we need to pick up my grandma my father spoken in a slightly older tone she proceeds to raise her tone " sir you cannot speak that way to me". I would like to say many customers will be speaking in a harsh or loud tone just cause they are like that. As the intercom customer service or security I'm not sure but it is your to be able to handle these standards. That is the reason you are hired. This lady proceeds to just cut the intercom. Honestly I did not appreciate this as a Canadian citizen myself why is our needs getting invalidated. Disappointing. Then we have the security at arrival I get it your trying to do your job but when it is not busy and literally 5 cars and we have a a senior waiting for us. I suggest you don't write up a ticket.
