Trapped us in with a dead vehicle lol . Solution? Rental lol

点评：Went to pick up our car after flight delays and airport chaos. We were exhausted. Our car was buried under snow and blocked in by two vehicles, one which was dead and they couldn't boost. We were there for two hours sorting this all out and we didn't even leave with our car. The guy gave us a free rental but only free if there's no damages that they can charge to our credit card lol and we have to top up the gas. I asked him why not call a tow Get a tow truck to pull that dead car that should not have been blocking us out-of-the-way so we can pull our car out and take our own car home. He then said to me who's going to pay for that and I laughed and said you are they have a policy in writing which I took a picture of sitting on the counter stating that if anyone blocks other vehicles, they will be find $100 yet they intentionally block your vehicle to Kram as many cars and as possible to make as much cash as they can, so they go against their own policy lol. And I felt like I was begging for help. There was two younger women there who were just handed a shovel and left to go dig themselves out, so my partner who didn't have any sleep and had to work today asked to drive all the way back to the airport to return this rental that he didn't even want and leave the gas tank full lol I paid $80 for their services which they didn't fully fulfil instead, it's costing us for their mistake . I've sent a long email. I need to call them but I don't have much hope I filed a complaint with the BBB. I told everyone standing in there never to use these people and tell all their friends the same lol. we took a picture of the written policy about customers, not blocking people in or else they will be charged and pictures of and videos of our car, being trapped by a vehicle that didn't even start. And now it's our headache to go back-and-forth with this rental. Stay away.
