点评：It was about past 2PM yesterday, December 22,2023. The second lady in- charge in the grill city food court for the different menus was too lazy to serve food and was just pretending to be busy despite the long line that was already past the door. The first lady who serves by the BBQ section was hardworking. The second lady keeps on bouncing here and there pretending to be busy with something else rather than proactively asking the hungry customers what they would like to order. Even the guy infront of me made a big sigh when it was his turn but she was just deliberately ignoring him. When she eyed him, she just asked “ yes?”. When it was our turn, she pretended again to be busy by talking to a guy in a black jacket who for sure works there as well. Maybe a manager or something. With a very long line, she did not have the urgency to serve and do her job. I called her to order and she just asked “ yes?” again when it was too obvious that she needed to DO HER JOB. The people behind me after ordering BBQ and who would like to order more food on the menu were irritated of her not willing to do her job and serve! After us, she pretended to be busy again and just left the place and went to the back of the cashier and got a paper and started answering phone calls for orders. It is plain stupid to take in phone orders instead of the customers at the store already. When I was at the cashier, the guy in the black jacket took over and was the one who assisted while she was busy taking phone orders instead. As far as I know, everyone I encounter at Seafood City is hardworking and I could not stand the lady who just pretended to be busy! She was not wearing a name tag so I could not identify her name.
