点评：The room was very clean. A few minor repairs were needed. The floor lamp had a broken switch which meant the only way to turn it on and off was to unplug it. The outside shower door handle was off and sitting in corner of the bathroom. These I could deal with. However when I went down to breakfast there was nothing there except for some bagels and a few muffins. There were also cheerios. You could have coffee, but if you don't drink coffee which I do not you were out of luck. When I questioned the staff I was told they were supposed to receive breakfast supplies yesterday but they did not arrive. The warming trays were empty except for a handful of tired hash browns. I was told that was left over from the day before when they had bacon, sausages, and eggs. There was nothing today, This also made me wonder about the milk for the cerial. Had it been left out since yesterday? I was not willing to risk it. The cooler was empty, with no juice or yogurt. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was for the breakfast. This hotel is in a metropolitan area so there was no excuse not to have someone pick up breakfast supplies. Instead, the management chose to let paying customers to go without. I felt bad for the staff who were left to deal with the fallout.
