Great location with some downfalls
哈利法克斯市中心万怡酒店的点评
点评：The good: The location of this hotel is amazing! The lounge bartender was great and the hotel was clean. Staff at the desk was pleasant.
The bad: Personally, it was not the most comfortable hotel stay. We found the bed unsupportive and the pillows were basically useless. The alternative I received was not any better than the original pillows. This hotel is right next to an active construction site and unfortunately, that is where our room was facing. There was no way to leave the HVAC fan running or an exhaust fan in the bathroom to help drown out the noise. The walls seem pretty thin as we could hear everything from the hallway. All of these factors led to poor sleep and bodily discomfort at times which was not ideal for vacation.
If you do stay here, ask for a room on the side away from the construction and away from the elevator, bring a travel fan or noise machine and your own travel pillow.
