点评：It was clear to me that the manager hasn’t had any professional experience nor the training it takes to hold that particular position. His approach of dealing with the staff was very minimal and at times nonexistent, one staff member requested his assistance. He didn’t follow through, which at lunchtime it is imperative that he is there for his staff. The server was very knowledgable very friendly, professional, and very accommodating. This is the reason why I rated this four out of five for that very reason, although she deserves a five. I ordered the feature, which was a jalapeño burger. It is marketed as a very spicy item however, I didn’t think it was that spicy, but I do understand that spices are very tricky thing to deal with in order to adhere to all customers. In short, the server ( I think her name is kaleigh) made my experience pleasant. It just goes to show that restaurants/pub/bars can run smoothly if they hire good service staff despite less than optimal management!
