点评：Our food took 45 minutes to come out (for 5 people). The restaurant was not busy at all. Meals eventually came out for 5 of us. The 6th meal came out 10 minutes later when we were almost finished our meals. One person had ordered steak and eggs (both cooked medium) but the steak came out completely red inside. We mentioned it to the server, she immediately brought a plate from the kitchen and took the steak to the back. Then she comes back and says the cook insists it is cooked to medium and recommends getting it cooked to well done if we want it more cooked on the inside. We were perplexed but said sure thinking their standard of well done might be pink on the inside if medium is completely red. So now we have extremely undercooked eggs (also ordered medium) potatoes and toast. Everyone is done eating by the time the steak comes out and it’s a tiny brick with no pink inside. We get the bill and they charged over $31 for steak and eggs so we said we weren’t comfortable paying that given that none of his meal was cooked properly and he couldn’t even eat his steak with his eggs. The manager made a fuss and insisted everything was cooked properly. I had to pull up google and show them what medium looks like. The manager offered a discount and said he couldn’t take it off the bill because they remade it. Eventually he took it off the bill once we said we weren’t paying for it. They laughed at us in the back. Very disrespectful and horrible customer service. Will not be going back.
