Not bad, but not worth the price
市中心 - 海岸酒店的点评
点评：Staying in Dawson for firefighting, was low on options due to it being the busy time for tourism season.
Spent 3 nights here, wasn’t terrible but certainly wasn’t worth the $250/night for the room.
I had a room in the ‘annex’, which was definitely not clear upon booking that it’s a completely separate building from the main hotel down and across the street.
Room was clean and furnished with new and modern settings, but the shower was small and obviously poorly installed. There was water on the floor of the bathroom from when I checked in to when I left.
No windows in the room I was given in the annex, and the community laundry machines were right outside my door.
To be clear, not a laundry room next to my room, the machines were out in the open 5 feet from my door.
Also, didn’t receive any housekeeping services in my 3-day stay.
I’m not a fancy lad, and I understand that this is Dawson City. Just expected better for the price point and the name.
