点评:4 of us went in around 1:30 pm. Tail end of lunch crowd, it was busy and we expected to wait a bit. Took 20 minutes to take our order. We ordered a large wonton soup, 3 dinner for 1's and steamed buns. After 30 minutes my niece's steamed buns came, 10 minutes later the soup came. We shared the soup, the wontons were soggy. They served another table that came in after us their food, we wondered what was going on. We waited another 10 minutes and another table of 2 came in and ordered wonton soup and chowmein. And got their food almost immediately and we still didn't have our dinner for 1's yet. I got up and said we are not waiting. I told 'Mr Charisma (as stated in the last review)" that were were leaving we have been in here for 1.5 hours and still didn't have our meals. I said I'll pay for what we got which I could see was $7.95 + $9.95 and he got calculating on his calculator how much it was! I was saying it pretty much $18 plus tax. He kept going. I just gave him a $20 and said that should cover it. That wasn't the worst part. A woman, I assume owned the business, was talking very loudly to another table and as I turned to look I was thinking what did those people do to deserve that. Then realized she was bitching to them about us! Saying 'what do ppl think that this is fast food, it takes time, we make fresh, what you want me to do bring your dessert first, we have no air conditioning, and on and on' I literally had my mouth hanging open that these poor other ppl had to listen to this! Listen I know it takes time but if you can serve other ppl in mere minutes and we haven't got our meals in 1.5 hours - I think we waited 40 minutes longer than necessary!
