Nice chain hotel, convenient location, free parking, good breakfast – maple cinnamon waffle batter!!!

点评：We stayed here July 2023 for one night.
Here are our observations/experiences that also factor items such as: what we knew prior to booking (type and cost of lodging), historical variables, total value for the money and comparisons with similar experiences – we greatly appreciate travelers who have provided reviews for our vacation planning and hope this info helps you too 😊:
THE GOOD STUFF:
• Decent sized room with one bed and a couch. Bed and pillows very comfy.
• Fridge and microwave in room
• Plenty of outlets and USB ports
• Quiet hotel with excellent A/C and WiFi.
• Free onsite parking. Fast elevator.
• Breakfast offerings were the standard chain hotel variety, however, with one great addition: maple cinnamon waffle batter which was a nice surprise.
• Excellent hospitality by front-desk staff
• We were running late and the hotel called us to ensure we were still on our way – thanks!
• Hair dryer did not work and looked like it was 20 years old [the kind that are bolted to the wall]. Told reception about this and they documented the issue. Felt like we were listened to.
AWARENESS STUFF:
• Breakfast room is tiny, really tiny
NEEDS ACTION:
• Breakfast attendant struggled to keep food stocked – one person to handle the morning rush, this needs to be remedied
• Only one luggage cart for entire hotel. Very thin towels
• In-room coffee was simply awful, looked like brown weeds and is the worst we ever had anywhere.
