WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, don't stay here (especially if you have kids).

点评：The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms were clean. I am disgusted with the way they treat their customers though.
My daughter's hockey team (girls aged 13 and 14) were staying there as the arena is literally across the street. From the moment we arrived, it was VERY clear that the hotel does not want or like hockey teams staying there. They literally waited in the hallway to "catch" our girls talking loud or "running" down the hallway. The girls were in bed and in their rooms by 9:30PM BOTH nights. Not a peep out of them after that time. They were told they are not allowed to walk around on the 4th floor of the hotel. I was staying there also and was never told that. I have stayed at MULTIPLE hotels over the years with hockey teams and we were never treated as poorly. It was TERRIBLE customer service and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone unless you are going there ALONE and can promise to sit in your room and not make a sound the entire time. If you have kids, DON'T stay here. I can't imagine what they do when the pool is working and there are tons of kids around. I wrote a complaint to the manager two days ago. It took her 48 hours to reply to say that she will look into it and get back to. CLEARLY shows their lack of customer service starts right at the very top!
