点评：We last visited this cafe and left a review back in May 2023.
Re-reading that review nothing has changed. Pefectly acceptable as a simple cafe but uninspiring both in ambience and food offerings. Service slow as before.
Strange; this cafe does nothing to enhance the M&S brand image which, now more than ever, they are working hard to improve on an already high standard to compete better with other highend food supermarkets.
Sainsburys a few shps away are closing their excellent cafe so there will now be even less competition for cafe customers.
They obviously don't want people sitting here for hours having bought just one coffee! But it wouldn't take much to improve the ambience here and bring in line with their brand image. Local management, will you do so?
