HORRIBLE EXHAUST - AWFUL EXPERIENCE

点评：HORRIBLE BOAT AND EXPERIENCE
Our family was staying in the area for Cancun and we called around to see if there was any availability on a sunny beautiful day for some deep sea fishing for my family. I called the night before and spoke with Richard the owner and he confirmed they could take us out the next day.
There were 5 of us on the blackfin and the 3 man crew was very kind and quick to get us onboard and on our way.
When we departed is when the major issues started. There is very limited seating and the diesel exhaust is AWFUL!!!!!!! We quickly realized that the two sitting in the edge seats were the only breathable spots. 1 hour into our 4 hour charter we all head headaches from the exhaust. 90 minutes in the exhaust and some of the waves i lost any light breakfast that was left. At that point my father and father in law were hating the experience, it’s not fun when you can’t breathe.
We caught ZERO fish, everyone had a horrible headache, i gave more to the ocean than we received. We tipped the crew well as they did work hard but we can all honestly say that trip sucked!
I text the owner that evening and shared our experience, we paid cash so it’s not like I’m going to get a refund. I was hopeful I’d get at least a response, an apology, but i got nothing. This company was referred to me by a coworker who visits often but I’m confident i won’t be recommending this company to any fellow Cancun travelers. Or at a minimum stay away from that boat.

那天晚上我给店主发短信并分享了我们的经历，我们支付了现金，所以我不会得到退款。我希望至少能得到回应、道歉，但我什么也没得到。一位经常来访的同事向我推荐了这家公司，但我相信我不会向任何坎昆旅行者推荐这家公司。或者至少远离那艘船。
