点评：From the moment we set foot in the door until the moment we left, everything was perfect! Friendly smiles and hellos from all of the staff (all spoke very good English btw), very spacious tables and a menu that made it so difficult to make a choice because everything sounded delicious. We all chose totally different dishes and we were amazed that all 4 came at exactly the same time!! A sign of a very good and well-organised kitchen. Up until yesterday, I thought that my ribs were the best having cooked them dozens of times. I have to concede, the ribs I ate at Fire and Smoke were the best ribs I have ever tasted!! The other dishes my partner and friends had were also excellent all said and to round it off, there is a chilled walk-in wine cabinet with a great selection of wines. Lots of parking at the front makes the visit very relaxing. We will go back soon!
