点评:We decided to treat ourselves (my couple and I) with some top notch service and product. So we thought: Montage it seems as good as any ultraluxury brand. We couldn't be more wrong. We made our reservation by the phone and pretty much standard procedure.
The issue would start upon our arrival. First of all, the gate to first entrance a security officer would check why you are there. Then, we arrived to the entrance of the restaurant: the gate was partially close. We waited a couple of minutes and nobody showed (weird, since they check at the beginning if you are entering the premises). We decided to park our car ourselves and once we entered the restaurant... nobody greeted us. I saw many waiters going around with rush, the hostess far away from the entrance, and still nobody approached us. We decided to sit at the bar and the bartender ignored us until the hostess realized we were there and came to us to say that they didn't have any table, that we would have had to wait until somebody decided to leave. No apollogies, no welcoming, just rush rush rush. Since the bartender was all over and didn't pay any attention, we decided to leave, never to return again.
