点评:Spectacular food and service!
Everything was so good, we ate here 3 times in 6 days. Our Server Oscar was excellent and totally knowledgeable of the menu. Over the course of 3 meals, we tried each of the appetizers on the menu. Highlights were the oysters and scallops. All the apps were great, but these 2 stood out. The oysters are served baked with the a shaved black truffle over the top in an amazing sauce. Who would've thought oysters and truffles complement each other so well! I was waiting for a smash of crazy flavors... but it was superb. Chef Paolo Della Corte knocks it out of the park with this combination. The scallops were perfectly prepared and excellent.
I would suggest any of the apps though.
Like the fois gros brûlée, which is actually richer than it sounds, as well as the bone marrow. For dinner over the 3 nights we had the pork chop, ribeye, chicken breast, sausage and mushroom pizza, fettuccine with fennel sausage, and the 28 day dry aged T-Bone with fresh shaved truffle. I would suggest any of those items, and truthfully, probably anything on the menu. It was all so amazing!
