点评：Shout out is in order....We had an outstanding meal last night at Cilantro's. A shout out and kudos to managerJavier, head chef Angel, and our waiter Luis. Our adult son has autoimmune issues and IBS with multiple food restrictions. He is unable to have gluten, lactose, garlic, onion and so on. We have been here many years, and they never disappoint! Javier planned a day ahead of time for the meal, chef Angel came out to our table multiple times, shook hands, introduced himself, talked about the ingredients that he was preparing and discussed them with us, and then came out numerous times to check on the meal as we were eating. He asked us if he could prepare a special pomodoro sauce without garlic and serve my son gluten-free tortellini with grilled shrimp. It was a beautifully prepared dish with large gorgeous grilled shrimp on top, tail on! They also brought him out a charcuterie board of fresh baked and sliced gluten-free bread prepared especially for him, and prepared a beautiful salad with only olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper on it. Our meal was overseen the entire night by the manager and the chef, and my husband's, and my clam chowder, lobster bisque, crab cake, and Cilantros chicken was also outstanding. A lot of negative is said on here about the food and the restaurants, but I want to say that Cilantros always goes over and above for us when it comes to food sensitivities and they prepare some beautiful dishes to accommodate.
