点评：We recently stayed at your hotel and overall had a wonderful experience. The property is beautiful, and your staff was welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. It was truly a pleasure being there, and we would recommend your hotel to others.
One of the main reasons we chose our particular room was for the private outdoor jacuzzi, as we were looking forward to relaxing in a private and peaceful setting. Unfortunately, on our second day, we had an unexpected and unsettling incident that affected how we felt about the room.
A raccoon entered our room through the back door connected to the outdoor area. It startled both of us, and when I tried to scare it off, it stood on its hind legs and growled aggressively. After about five minutes, it finally exited, but not before knocking over several items and creating a great deal of stress.
After this incident, we no longer felt comfortable using the outdoor jacuzzi or the patio area, which was one of the main features we were excited about. While we still had an overall positive experience at your hotel, this incident unfortunately impacted our comfort and enjoyment of the room we had specifically selected.
