点评：ABSOLUTELY GOLD STAR WORTHY - La Providencia is in a class of its own. Anyone that can review this restaurant without an A+ obviously has an unsophisticated palate.
The creativity of Paco's sublime dishes are beautifully experienced with the most subtle service by Javier and his team. The food is done to perfection! You dont want to leave the "livingroom" they have created. There is no other restaurant, not just in Zipolite but the entire Costa Chica that can even come close to what tantalizing of the tastebuds you'll experience. I noted one review commented on the prices being high. While prices in the entire area (like they have everywhere in the world) have certainly increased, La Providencia is not overpriced for the market and in fact, is priced similiarly to restaurants of much lower quality. We visited 8 restaurants while we were there, all recommended and none can come close to la Providencia.
