点评：‘‘Don’t stroke the dog, Let it lick you but don’t stroke it, it will bite you.’ What a lovely welcome.
Spent a leisurely time me waiting for our aperitifs. And more leisurely time waiting for our table.
No wine list at the table. Just: ‘oh we have a percharmant you might like’. Could we also have a white? ‘Oh here’s a Sauvignon that might do?’ They opened the white but forgot to serve it. We had to go and get it.
I had the fish entrée, It was perfectly acceptable. Not bad at all.
I then had the cote de pork; it was impossibly tough. I couldn’t eat it.
I had the fruit coulis dessert which I enjoyed.
We had to wait such a long time between courses. Consider that we got in at 19h30 and didn’t leave till around midnight.
Service was minimalist throughout.
Waiting staff nowhere to be seen.
Nobody offered us coffee. We had to go and ask for it. They did give us a cognac, however.
All in all, I would not rate this restaurant experience very highly. Below average, I’m sorry to say. A shame, since we were there with very good friends.
