Pyramid Hotels & Resorts的点评
点评：First time stay at the Pyramid Hotel.
The hotel is conveniently located and has a great view over the lake area.
Service at check-in is great. Smooth process after which help was available to get installed in the room.
Room was located in the lower part of the hotel. The hotel itself is quite big and has a separate gym and restaurant area. Multiple layers with rooms and/or conference area.
The room in principle has all the basics. Hot water boiler is available which is convenient. WIFI signal was strong and speed was good.
Had dinner in the restaurant in the evening. Nice place to sit at the outdoor area and enjoy the view of the lake. Quality of the food was OKish.
Because of an early departure had no opportunity to check the breakfast. However I was able to see the quality of the night reception. This is poor; receptionist was sleeping and was not able to organize my check-out in a timely way. Pyramid Hotels should address this matter and ensure that the billing and check-out goes smoother.
Overall a positive experience. Hotel I will certainly go back to.
