Good experience but location and facilities need improvements
O´Tulum Adults Only的点评
点评：The location is certainly the biggest downside of this hotel. We arrived during a rainy period, and the road was practically off-road, full of potholes and large puddles. As for the facilities, it is an interesting hotel but in need of renovations. The rooms have semi-private pools, but at check-in, we were immediately informed that the jacuzzis and heating systems were not working.
The parking is on the street, which, as mentioned, is extremely bumpy and muddy. On the positive side, the breakfast is very good, served à la carte, with both local and more traditional options. The staff is very friendly and provides service in English.
One important point to note is that the “adults only” policy is not enforced, as there were children at the hotel.
Regarding the distance, the hotel is almost an hour away from Tulum’s downtown and hotel zone, where the main restaurants and beach clubs are located. If your goal is to visit Tulum, having a rental car is absolutely essential.
