O´Tulum Adults Only的点评
点评：First, some context. The author of this review had over 25 years of senior management experience in the resort industry, has stayed at hundreds of hotels in over 80 countries, and visited Mexico more than a dozen times. You drive around eight miles on a dirt road to get to O Tulum. This would not be a negative for us if the delightful description and pictures were real. They aren’t. The photos on the web site grossly misrepresent the units and pretty much everything else. The reserved unit (pool view) was so unacceptable we forfeited a nonrefundable night rather than stay in it. We did stay one night by paying extra for a honeymoon suite, which was pleasant but not a rave. The pool view unit on the second floor was a tiny, dark concrete box whose main view was a fence. The “honeymoon suite” was bright, overlooking the pool with ocean behind it. But it was run down in many areas and certainly not luxurious or worth the price. The beach in front of the property is rocky and not really swimmable or even very walkable. My only explanation for the many high reviews is that the staff, who were in fact quite nice, coached guests to rave. You can, I hope, do better.
