点评：We were organizing a big family dinner (22 people) to conclude our vacation in PDC. We reached out to Lido after a photographer we had hired recommended the place. We were able to coordinate everything about the dinner with the restaurant's manager (Esperanza) via email and whatsapp. Esperanza was always very responsive throughout the process.
A few days before our dinner we went to check out the place and finish the last remaining details. We met with Esperanza and discussed the last details. She was always super friendly and on top of everything so we left feeling great ahead of the dinner.
On the evening of the dinner the restaurant staff had everything organized before we started taking pictures with our photographer. Once we finished and sat down they started taking orders (we were doing the trio menu with three options for each of three courses of the meal) and serving drinks.
The food was AMAZING! the setup was beautiful and the staff was incredible.
Everyone in our group was impressed by the place, food, and service and we were able to close our vacation with a wonderful memory for everyone to take with them.
I can't recommend this place enough, truly outstanding service and food.
PS. Since we stayed at the Casa Colibri Hotel (where this restaurant is located) we were able to enjoy their food and service for a few days, it was always on point!
