点评：Our final night of our 2 week stay- 2 couples. Allen made us feel it was a pleasure to serve us and was fun and attentive. Tomato soup and antipasto platter were a hit as appetizers. My sister and I shared the special surf and turf pasta- omg/so good. Husbands had the Pasta on fire- we all loved the show of watching it made tableside- and a steak. Every item was special. Steaks were cooked exactly as ordered: tender and unusually delicious. Shrimps- beautifully grilled. Pasta sauces - seasoned to perfection. We also enjoyed Marcus and the tableside drink bar. While the food at Riviera Maya had gone up so much since our last visit, so much it’s hard to relax while getting a bill for $100 for 2 for hamburgers and salads, Tramantos was a splurge worth experiencing. Desserts: amazing ice-cream Bon bon/sorbet/ and a special lava cake for my birthday. A birthday dinner to remember.
