Stay here with Giovanna you will not regret it!

点评：Me and my friend stayed here whilst visiting Mérida.
I would highly recommend staying here.
From the start everything was easy. Our bus was late and the owner Giovanna let us straight in and said we could check in tomorrow which was super helpful as it was late. This was just the start of how helpful Giovanna was. Giovanna had so much helpful information and spoke perfect English which was extremely helpful as we did not speak any Spanish.
Giovanna also was available all the time on WhatsApp should we have any questions ranging from trips to where to eat to shopping.
The place itself is lovely and would recommend staying here so you can fully immerse yourself in the Mérida culture. We far preferred the downtown area which is where the hotel is near than the main district.
Daniel is Giovannas right hand man and he is super friendly and helpful!
Avoid saying in those commercial hotels
And experience Mérida fully!
The pool area is also far larger than photos suggest and a really cool area you can chill in.
They also provide breakfast and cater around you which is very helpful!
