点评:Some friends recommended this new spot to us and we LOVED it. The space is beautiful with thoughtful lighting and courtyard, the menu is creative featuring ingredients native to Oaxaca, the service friendly and attentive, and most importantly the cocktails and food were absolutely amazing. I ordered the Boulevardier Negro and Xoco Mai Tai (preferred the boulevardier just because I prefer a stronger drink, but I’d recommend both in a heartbeat). We ordered the tuna tostada (beautiful), ceviche (balanced sweet and sour mango flavors), and the herbs and citrus salad (fresh and flavorful). The green salsa and salsa macha also stood out. Everything was delicious. Everything was beautiful. Even the scent of the restaurant was on point. Of our meals and drinks at Los Danzantes, Las Quince Letras, Selva, a spot in 20 de noviembre, Copal was by far my favorite.
