Sur A Norte的点评
点评：Now that I have returned from another terrific visit to Oaxaca during Dia de los Muertos, I need to write a review for Sur a Norte. This bar and restaurant is absolutely the best! The fact that the upstairs terrazzo overlooks the Santo Domingo plaza across the street is only a "cherry on top" plus. My group of 10 Gringos wanted a mezcal tasting and then some dinner afterwards. Even though it was high season, the manager Roberto was totally gracious in accommodating our "little" group at the time we requested to begin. And bartender / mezcalero "Ape" was very receptive in answering all of our questions during his presentation of the mezcal tasting. In fact, the attention paid to our group became obvious when, instead of having him return to bar duty, Robeto assigned Ape to continue with our table for dinners after our tastings simply for the sake of continuity with our table. Absolutely superlative service. Absolutely the best. Damn good shrimp or fish tacos too! We all enjoyed our visit and savor the memories and pictures made that night. Thank you Roberto and Ape! See you next time year!
