点评:While we were in Oaxaca, we wanted to try one of the local dishes (tlayuda - similar to a Mexican pizza). A local recommended this place to us. It was not busy at noon on a Friday (2 tables) so we didn’t feel bad asking our server lots of questions since the food wasn’t familiar to us. We don’t speak much Spanish and she spoke almost no English but we both used our cell phones to translate our questions and answers with each other. My wife ordered the tostada with rib meat (59 pesos) which she really liked and was a good lunch portion. Adding cheese to it would have been an extra charge. I got the tlayuda with cecina (grilled slightly spicy pork) for 129 pesos which was a very large tortilla topped with beans and cheese then folded over like a quesadilla and toasted. The thin cuts of pork were served on top the tlayuda. It was overall decent but probably not something I would order again for awhile. The cooking in the kitchen caused the restaurant to be somewhat smoky and there was lots of noise from vehicles driving by on the busy street.
