Giovanni, the owner, responded to me himself very quickly and clearly when I sent an email. Timings, locations, and prices were always clear.
Rental equipment:
Twin dolphins rents good quality gear- absolutely no concerns
Service:
Absolutely second to none. They bring your gear to the marina and load it in the boat for you. They even assemble your gear and tank. I asked them to let me assemble my own gear, and they were happy to let me do it.
Boat:
They own their own boat so there is no coordination with other charters. A seamless process and you always know what you’re getting.
Staff:
Giovanni, the owner is a true gem. Absolutely a wonderful man and good to his staff.
Rameuses was my first guide and he was really great at giving us room but also finding so much wildlife.
Leslie is a real sweetheart and a great guide too.
Alex is the most chill and relaxed guide I’ve met. So pleasant to dive with him.
Tony is a fantastic boat driver, and he’s great at spotting whales and dolphins and slowing down the boat to go get a closer look.
Price: it’s about 1000 pesos per day of diving. Very affordable.
This company really does deserve five stars. They have a real family dynamic and it was so wonderful to spend a week with them. They also get asked to do charters for university research, which I think is a testament to how professional they are.
