点评：I found this little gem as I was meandering up the calles in PV.
When I arrived, I was pleasantly greeted by the owner and everyone who worked here was very welcoming. The ambiance is very soothing, with dimmed light, very comfortable seating and musician who incorporated a twist between bossa nova and Latino (hr plays every Thursday). I would classify Vivero as Casual Elegance meets Romanticism. I enjoyed an Italiano sandwich and the house Cab Sav was smooth and very reasonably priced. I always feel that when the details are managed, the experience is divine. This is one of a few places I have experienced in PV that equips itself with soft cotton serviettes, a jalapeno side sauce that wasn't too spicy, but had enough kick to appeal to a range of palettes and the washrooms had amenities that were graciously provided (you will see in the photos - there is a basket on the shelf to accommodate anyone's needs). I will definitely return and bring many with me. Thank you for an incredible experience! :)
