Nice guides, pretty beach, but overall disappointing

点评：We had a lovely day and the two young men who guided us (Lucas and Abraham) were excellent!
However we were disappointed in some of the features of the tour.
* We were told to get to the office at 6AM, and then sat around until quarter to 7 while the driver arrived late.
* When we were told the destination of our kayak trip, it did not match with what the person at the front desk told us we were signing up for. We wanted to kayak in Belandra bay and out to the mushroom rock. The woman who signed us up and took our money said 'yes, yes, Belandra!" but when we got out with the guides they said that it wasn't part of the tour. (the beaches were beautiful where we went but not what they told us we were going.)
* The woman at the front told us that sandwiches would be served and even went to the extent of asking us what we wanted on our sandwiches. Then once on the tour we were offered some half rotten bananas and bruised apples.
* There were no dry bags provided with the kayaks. This is the first guided kayak tour I have ever been on that didn't provide dry bags.
* They didn't seem to be ready with a vehicle to transport us to the starting point. The owner had to quickly clear out his car to give us a ride.
* We paddled for about an hour and a half and then ended at a beach where we sat for another hour, then paddled another 20 minutes or so back to the start.
All in all just seemed to be a bit of a thrown-together operation and the front desk didn't seem to be able to communicate well what they were offering. All together it didn't seem worth the $85 per person cost of the tour.
