点评:Wow, so much went wrong on our trip. I would never use this group again. Our troubles started with checking in (standing on street with luggage for an extended time because the office was overcrowded with other groups) and just kept going downhill. Part of our trip had to be replanned because the Gallant Lady was damaged in an accident. The accident was not BE's fault, but their inability to provide alternate activities was pathetic. We spent over 5 hours in a boat to snorkel with seals for 40 minutes and then we were left in an absolute dump of a hotel after a very mediocre meal. Additionally, we heard from other guests that the Gallant Lady was a dump of a boat and there was standing water in their rooms. I guess we were the lucky ones? My other complaint about this company is their boarder line false advertising on the website regarding the facilities and activities. If they were in the US I would file a BBB complaint.
The only reason this is not a "terrible" review is the staff. Time and again, the staff we worked with tried to make the best of bad situations and they were always kind and professional. The management / ownership of Baja Expeditions should take a training class from their staff or sell the business to people who actually care about their customers.
