点评：This was our 3rd trip with them and our last. Everyday there were so many problems..too many to list. We are very very adventure travel savvy and this company is lost. The company has gotten too big and is trying to branch out into too many areas. Missed meals, awful customer care, EVERYONE holding hands out for unwarranted tips, tons of boats around most whales. The hotel they want you to use is way overpriced and forget about any sleep. The dive shop is a wreck and whatever scuba/ snorkel stuff you gather/select never seems to make it on the boat. We know our boat crashed before we got there, but the forced alternative was nothing, anything, nada, that could compare to what was promised, where we were supposed to go, what we were supposed to see, and was so poorly done we felt ripped off. The spotter plane is a joke. One day it was there from 12-1. The next day she forgot her radio and could not contact them. The third time the plane could not find us. One morning; breakfast at 7:30; no guide and the hotel would not feed anyone. We had to buy breakfast. When the guide finally made it down it was too late she said "Opps, I'm sorry, I overslept". Another boat day; breakfast on the 25th boat ride of the trip was not done until after 11. It just went on and on. San Ignacio; forget about it! It now has hundreds of "campers" in 5 different company camps. Baja Expo's camp is huge. On one day, 3 plainloads of passengers came to our camp; there were so many people already in the camp we could'nt even tell 35 new people came ! This puts dozens of boats on the lagoon at one time, regulated to a very small area. This is a very very very small sample of what a disaster this company has become. It is sad to see. We made it a fun trip in spite of this and SOOOOOOOO much more.
