点评:We ordered a large margarita (which is upsized on a Thurs to grande) and we specifically asked if it was adequately cheesy. The waitress said it is but we then ordered extra cheese so that it would be guaranteed to be cheesy. When it arrived it was anything but. To the point that there were actually ‘empty spots’ on the pizza. When we asked the waitress, she agreed but did say she had specified extra cheese. She took it back to rectify, but then the owner/manageress came to speak to us and told us that they had definitely put extra cheese on and weighed the amount of cheese. When we pointed out the dry spots, she made the ridiculous comment that it had obviously bubbled there and that was why.
She was not at all helpful and refused to fix it, basically saying “we weighed the amount of cheese and you got double so that is it”. A most disappointing and unsatisfactory attitude that has basically guaranteed we won’t come back.
I emailed customer service but they have ignored my email, so now I am resorting to social media. Perhaps you will care now? I feel like you need to know as this was such a simple fix and yet she stubbornly refused to rectify it and clearly has no clue about customer satisfaction/ service. If you are going to charge an additional R35 for cheese, then surely we should have been happy?
