点评：The cafe is a great place to eat with quality food and scenic views.
However on this occasion I had to wait over half an hour for a simple roll and saucage. I appreciate when I arrived the cafe was very busy but by the time I had got up to complain about where my roll was it was quiet.
The member of staff who served me was understanding and apologetic and refunded me as I had lost time waiting so very long I had to go.
My dismay was more towards the other member of staff who felt the need to make a comment on the back of my complaint about the long time it took to wait for a roll.
I’m the customer it’s my money that pays that member of staffs wages she needs to learn to not make a smart comment in front of a member of the public who are the customers.
It’s not professional it’s not polite it’s not good customer service.
She had dark straight hair to the shoulder for reference for staff training !
She doesn’t know who I am what industry I work in therefore to make comment when the cafe are in the wrong was inappropriate !
