点评：I have been diving all over the world and have never felt so belittled. Melinda in particular was condescending and rude from the start. Staff was more concerned with people getting fingers caught in the ladder than with setting up equipment.
No buddy system was used. When I asked for a buddy I was told we just “kind of stay together”. There were 6-7 divers.
Long story short, my bcd malfunctioned and I was rocketed toward the surface, luckily I had enough experience to know what was happening and form a plan. The diver that noticed my distress was a former employee that happened to be visiting.
To top it all off no apology, no explanation what happened with the equipment.
They get 1 star bc they were responsive with email and welcomed my 5yo son aboard, allowing me and my husband to take turns diving and snorkeling with him.
My husbands regulator was also not working properly. Do not go here if you don’t have your own equipment.
