点评：Even if it’s just for a beer or two, you have to go to Woody’s. It’s an experience. As one waitress put it, “We’re a five-star dive bar!” That sums it up. The walls are covered with stickers and notes from past patrons, and the wait staff practically dances from table to table. Everyone seems happy at Woody’s.
We went in (12/29/23) for just a beer and some onion rings/tater tots. The rings and tots were perfectly done, and the portions were HUGE! While we were there, a guy came in and bought a round of pricey tequila shots for the house. When he found out my wife grew up in the same town as he did back in the States, he bought her another round, then left with a group of friends to go to some other bar. Later, as we were preparing to leave, he returned, and bought ANOTHER round for the house!
I don’t know if stuff like that always happens at Woody’s, but I’d go back just for the rings, tots, and beer. Great place, don’t miss it!
