点评：We came to McDonalds on Merthyr retail park and after ordering we were shocked to find that our order had been mistakenly given to another customer who had then returned it as it wasn’t his correct order and Therefore the order was placed in the bin. After an extended period of waiting we decided to question the member of staff (manager) who then passed us on to another member of staff who was instructed to my surprise to fish the order out of the bin and try and serve us the food which one had been in the bin for nearly 25 minutes and two was cold. The poor lady then had to redo the order whilst the man stood there and hid around the corner in shame. When consulted he refused to take any of the blame and tried to defend himself. We eventually received the order without an apology from the man who cocked the whole order up in the first place he is an absolute disgraceful representative of the franchise and in my opinion his job should be terminated immediately to prevent any further health risks to the public.
