点评：We were searching for Crank Conch, the last night of our stay in Turks and Caicos, and happened upon this eatery. Actually, the photo featured on the Tripadvisor site does not look at all like the restaurant. We did visit at night, so our impression of the exterior could have been misleading. But the interior is quite shopworn, crowded with few tables lining the walls. The music was loud...and i mean LOUD, of the hip hop variety. Definitely a detractor for any conversation. Service was at best, poor. The bartender finally walked to our table and took our beer order, but it was an eternity before the beers were delivered. Eventually a waitress presented and took our simple order: Crack Conch, a dish we had been told was delightful at some locations on the island. Well, the dish was thinly battered, but was overcooked, almost rubbery in nature. We finished our beverages, did not actually finish the Conch, and had to walk to the bar to pay our tab. All things considered, given the poor service, the unbelievable eardrum bursting music, but mostly for the rather poor offering of the Conch, we prob would not return. Perhaps other offerings on the menu were champion, for the restaurant was busy with takeout orders and for a party on the patio. But that said, we pass on the return. (By the way, the concierge at our resort, the Seven Stars, told that the food was just 'OK'.)
