Extremely disappointing 70th birthday dinner

点评：Reservations were made for dinner two weeks ago for 27 persons to celebrate my Aunt’s 70th Birthday. .
-Drinks were slow
-food even SLOWER (some in our group ate at 7-7:30pm others did not get their plates of food until 9pm. We arrived @ 6pm!)
- asked for more upbeat music….was told we have foreigners in the building. Why did the music selection solely depend on 2 European diners?!?!?!?
(A majority of the group had flown from around the world to celebrate this VERY SPECIAL occasion)
- when food finally did arrive, the servers had no idea who ordered it. Their procedure was to hold up the plate and yell “who ordered the fish with veggies” “who ordered the pasta?”etc. this went on for the whole 3 hrs service/ or lack there of!) and many meals were cold!
- when I asked for the owners names(two gentlemen identified themselves as the owners) they initially refused.
- ALL bills were settled/ paid! However they accused us of not paying 2 bills.
-not all menu pricing is correct vs. What was billed
They didn’t actually care that we were there to celebrate a special occasion. The owners response to we are here to celebrate my aunts 70th……he said “PEOPLE HAVE BIRTHDAYS ALL THE TIME”
I will NEVER enter this establishment again!

-并非所有菜单定价与计费内容都是正确的
他们实际上并不关心我们来这里是为了庆祝一个特殊的日子。业主回应我们来这里庆祝我阿姨70岁……他说“人们一直都有生日”
我永远不会再进入这个机构！
