点评：Arrived on our first night in fort de France at our hotel across the street and were welcomed by the smell of amazing grill food. Dropt of our stuff and went out to see it for our selves.
We ordered our food at the counter, got a ticket and went inside to our designated table.
The tables are situated behind the hut towards park savanne. Seats and tables are simple but completely fits the setting. A dj is playing nice music and some visuals are projected by a Beamer. People are eating and some people are dancing in front of the dj. Everything is protected from the rain by tents.
The food is really good, I had mixed grill with fries and salad and my parter had one of the chicken skewers with rice. The meat had a nice Smokey flavor, the ribs from the mixed grill were very tender and basted with a good sauce. The chicken leg was tender and tasteful. The fries were properly fried and the salad had a good dressing. The skewer was nice as well and the rice was properly cooked and had a delicious sauce over it. Prices are more or less comparable with other places in Martinique and the portions were generous.
