We were treated to over 20 exquisite courses. Each dish was a masterpiece, showcasing an incredible range of techniques and local flavors. What truly elevated the experience was the chef, Carlos Postela, himself personally serving and explaining several of the courses, adding a personal touch that made the evening even more special.
