点评:Atabey Condado was a stop for a quick and easy dinner in San Juan, PR. It was awesome.! Not much to look at, inside or out, but the cocktails and food were delicious! We started with a Flor Tropical and a Mezcalrita, both were light and fun, no agave added. A gin martini followed in between courses…. Food started with the truffle fries, not super crispy, but served piping hot with a garlic aioli… yum! The fish tacos followed… easily some of the best we’ve ever had, super fresh fish, fried golden and served hot on flour tortillas, topped with slaw and pickled onions. Outstanding. The finale was the churrasco, med rare, skirt steak, served with house-made chimmi churri and tostones de pana (tostones made from breadfruit in lieu of the usual plantains), with a pile of mashed potatoes too! The steak was amazing, the pana tostones delicious, and the potatoes light and fluffy. A great dinner. They’re open for breakfast too, we’ll try that next time! Highly recommend Atabey Condado!
