点评：The food here is really good, one if the best in the Island. My family has been eating here for years. We do pick-up or delivery most of the time. I did went one time for lunch and it was still slow. Pick-up has always been slow, but not 2 hours slow. I placed my order online and went to pick it up almost 2 hours after because they never called. When I arrived, my order wasn’t even being prepared. I told them that if my order wasn’t being worked on, I would cancel and leave, they told me that my order was being processed (this was 2:15 after the order was placed). 2:30 later I am still waiting. The orders we place through Uva! are always late too and the poor driver has to wait at least 30 minutes before the order is ready. I think this will be the last chance we give this place, at least for a while. It makes me sad because their food is really good, but 2:30 hours is too long to wait.
