点评：.We had eaten out for dinner during our stay in Jamaica at Charela Inn, Rondel Village, Blue Skies and Rock house restaurants had wonderful service and ,excellent food .
We decided to try Kennys Italian as this was our last night on the island. On arrival we were shown to our table , unfortunately it was covered with ants so we moved tables. We placed our orders for drinks and food. Oh dear where do I begin , drinks arrived one was a seven up which was flat ,another mama cocktail contained no alcohol so had to be sent back. We ordered 3 pizzas and 2 pastas and waited and waited and waited for over an hour other customers arrived after us and received their food whilst we were still waiting for our food. A waitress came over to say there had been an issue with the oven but it would arrive in 4 minutes, but it didn't. My husband went up to speak to the Manager to say we were leaving and he would just pay for the drinks . The manager said ifood was coming immediately but it didn't happen. We all said enough was enough and demanded to pay for the drinks and the restaurant refused to remove service charge. Our daughter works as a food audit inspector in London and said to the manager that she audits Italian restaurants run by Italian people with Italian chefs and that pizzas don't take over an hour to cook or serve.
The restaurant was virtually empty and it was disgraceful to have what should have been an enjoyable last night ruined by such an unprofessional place. TBH I am beginning to understand why all inclusive hotels are so popular and are constantly being built.
Avoid at all costs.
