Cactus Blue on the Beach的点评
点评：In April 2024, my wife and I went to Bonaire. We passed the Cactus Blue food truck nearly every day. We said we should stop, but never did. When we went back to Bonaire in April 2025, we made a point to stop, and we were glad we did! Our first time there, we arrived right about 3 o’clock in the afternoon, and were lucky enough to get the last lion fish burger of the day. My wife and I split that and we were very happy with it. Chef Tham’s ability to blend flavors in the little space of that food truck is pure magic. We liked our food so much that we went back the next day and tried the burgers. As a full-time resident of the United States, I have had a lot of burgers. I can honestly say Cactus Blue has one of the best burgers I’ve ever had, and it is truly the best burger I’ve ever had outside of the United States. I hope that I will be able to get back to Bonaire, and if I do, I will be sure to visit Cactus Blue again. I absolutely recommend.
